What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

I have had three blood tests done within the last three weeks that have come back with my WBC being high (23.7, 22.1, 22.1). Some of my other symptoms are fatigue and joint pain. I am also having some issues with my sinuses and allergies. Could that be causing my high WBC?

Thanks for your question on HCM. WBC means white blood cell count. They are defence mechanism of the body. So when ever there is infection in body , WBC s will rise to kill the organism.
So you are having infection some where in the body. And since you are also having sinus problem, in my opinion it is mostly sinusitis.
WBC s have main 3 counter parts
1. Neutrophils, rise in bacterial infection.
2. Lymphocytes, rise in chronic infections like fungus, tb etc.
3. Eosinophils, rise in allergies, parasitic infection, drugs etc.
So, you should consult doctor and discuss above things and start antibiotics accordingly.
